I have done two challenges this year! During the first challenge i lost 2kg and now i have lost another 1kg. I am very happy with my results, because during this year i have been able to build a more consistent workout routine and a healthier everyday lifestyle.

Now that the challenge is done, I have felt a lot happier and lighter. I am proud of myself for finishing the programme! I know that only a small amount of changes can be achieved on the outside in 30 days, but what happens under the surface is a lot more.
I was also more conscious of what I ate, although not counting calories or really restricting my diet, and that helped to reduce the feeling of puffiness all around. At the gym I was able to add some weights as the weeks went on, and I tried to push myself into doing so.

I really did enjoy this challenge, it made me comfortable and confident at the gym and at the same time resulted in feeling strong! My biggest achievement and notable milestone is doing 200 kg in leg press! I started of shy with 120 kg, and easily worked my way up! 200 kg was a mental hedge, and it feels so good to go past it.
And it feels even better knowing that I can do more than 200 kg next time! To feel strong and energised has always been my goal when I work out, and I am proud to say that I reached my goal.
