Now that the challenge is done, I have felt a lot happier and lighter. I am proud of myself for finishing the programme! I know that only a small amount of changes can be achieved on the outside in 30 days, but what happens under the surface is a lot more.

I was also more conscious of what I ate, although not counting calories or really restricting my diet, and that helped to reduce the feeling of puffiness all around. At the gym I was able to add some weights as the weeks went on, and I tried to push myself into doing so.

 I really did enjoy this challenge, it made me comfortable and confident at the gym and at the same time resulted in feeling strong! My biggest achievement and notable milestone is doing 200 kg in leg press! I started of shy with 120 kg, and easily worked my way up! 200 kg was a mental hedge, and it feels so good to go past it.

And it feels even better knowing that I can do more than 200 kg next time! To feel strong and energised has always been my goal when I work out, and I am proud to say that I reached my goal.

What are the challenge guides and how do I choose?

Personalize your challenge experience with the guidance of Hanna. She'll ask you a series of questions related to your goals and training preferences and recommend either the Lean30, Hourglass30 or Full Body30. You will be able to choose your guide once you register for the challenge inside the App.

What sort of results can I expect?

Our 30 day challenge guides are short but effective. They're designed to help you build and maintain a routine before summer distractions hit. If you show up consistently, these guides will deliver great results.

Can I win any prizes?

Absolutely! We will select 10 winners, each receiving one year of free access to OWNU.

When does the challenge start and end?

The challenge kicks off on Monday, April 7th, with registration open until April 11th. We'll stay committed for four weeks, wrapping up on Sunday, May 4th.
